Founder, Luminary
With over a decade of experience in People, Talent and HR, Azmina has helped Canadian companies grow and scale, working closely with founders, executive teams and people professionals to navigate the challenges that come with building organizations.
Her experience spans strategic HR leadership, talent acquisition, organizational growth and the everyday realities of building and supporting teams.
Through this work, she saw two connected needs: growing companies looking for experienced, practical people support, and HR professionals looking for trusted peers, perspective and a place to grow.
Luminary was created to bring those needs together.
Today, Luminary connects community, Fractional HR and recruitment through one ecosystem, grounded in real experience and a shared belief that better people decisions build stronger organizations.
