We commit to listening, unlearning and iterating. When we mess up, we own it, apologize and course correct.
Data & Transparency (over time)
We monitor representation, engagement, and outcomes. As Luminary grows, we’ll share updates on diversity, equity, and belonging metrics not as a shield, but as a signal of our progress and humility.
